I recommend arriving at the theatre around 30 minutes before the performance. This gives you plenty of time to find your seat comfortably, use the facilities and settle in before the show begins.

Coach seats are allocated. Your seat number will be given to you as you board the coach. Please use the seat allocated to you for the journey.

If you are travelling by coach, your theatre tickets will be handed to you as you board the coach.

If you have booked ticket only, your tickets will normally be emailed to you at least one month before the performance, unless otherwise stated. In most cases, I will send them earlier.

If a trip requires you to provide food choices, dietary requirements or allergy information, it is your responsibility to let me know at the time of booking.

This is important as I need to make sure the venue receives the correct information within their required timescale. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that late requests or changes can be accommodated if the venue has already been given the final numbers and requirements.

The same applies to walking difficulties, mobility requirements or any other assistance you may need during the trip. Please provide these details when booking so that I can do my best to ensure the appropriate arrangements are made.

Please note that I cannot guarantee that a trip will remain available while we are discussing your requirements, as trips can sell out in the meantime.

Yes. We always book luxury coaches with toilet facilities.

Depending on the trip and the coach available, we may sometimes use a double-decker coach. If anyone in your party is unable to climb stairs, please make sure you include this information in the relevant box at checkout when booking.

If you have booked and the downstairs seating is already full, I will contact you to discuss the best way forward.

Please be aware that I may not be able to accommodate a request for downstairs seating if this requirement was not advised at the time of booking. This is why it is important to provide any mobility or accessibility requirements when you book.

Everything included in the price of each trip will be clearly stated on the individual trip listing.

For theatre trips, this will normally include your theatre ticket and coach travel, unless otherwise stated.

For days out, excursions and other trips, exactly what is included will be clearly detailed in the trip description, so you know what you are paying for before booking.

Absolutely! You don’t have to miss out on trips because you have nobody to come with.

We have a Companions Group, which is designed for people who would like to meet others and make new friends to enjoy trips with.

The group includes a WhatsApp group, where members can chat and arrange to meet up, as well as regular social meet-ups every couple of months or so.

Meet-ups are usually held at The Crocodile in Cheshunt or The Harvest Moon in Thorley, Bishop’s Stortford.

It’s a lovely way to get to know people before joining a trip, and many friendships have started through the group.

We currently have three regular pick-up points. Please check your individual trip details, as not every trip will use all three locations.

The pick-up point is at the bus stop by the back car park of Sainsbury’s.

Parking: You can use the back car park at Sainsbury’s provided that we are due to return before the store closes. If the coach is expected to return later than the store closing time, please use the front car park instead.

📍 Rosedale Way, West Cheshunt – EN7 6HS
The pick-up point is at the junction at the top of Elderbek Close, opposite Bush Barns on Rosedale Way.

There are currently no parking restrictions along Rosedale Way. However, please do not park directly in front of the houses on Elderbek Close or on Bush Barns. Please be considerate and respectful of the residents and property owners in the area so don't park in front of the houses in these roads please.

The pick-up point is on the roundabout at the bus stop by the Fountain Café.

Please arrive at your chosen pick-up point in good time. The coach cannot wait for passengers who are late, so I recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the stated departure time.
