TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellations and Refunds
Once a booking has been confirmed, all bookings are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by the venue or by Theatre Trips With Fiona.
In the unlikely event that a trip has to be cancelled due to insufficient bookings, I will contact you as soon as possible. Where possible, this will be within a couple of weeks of receiving your booking.
If a trip is cancelled by the venue or by Theatre Trips With Fiona, any payments made will be refunded in full.
In the unlikely event that a show is cancelled on the day by the venue due to unforeseen circumstances Theatre Trips With Fiona will refund you the cost of the trip less £30 as we will still have to pay for the coach.
Please note that once your booking has been confirmed, refunds cannot be provided for personal circumstances, illness, change of plans or any other reason preventing you from attending.
If you make an error when booking please contact us within 24 hours of booking , depending on circumstances I may be able to refund but this will incur an admin fee.
Passenger Behaviour
All passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards other passengers, the driver, the coach and venue staff.
You are welcome to bring a packed lunch or snacks onto the coach, but please do not bring hot food or anything with a strong or unpleasant smell. Please take all rubbish with you when you leave the coach and help us to keep the coach clean and in good condition.
Alcohol is not officially permitted on the coach. However, I am happy to take a relaxed approach to this where appropriate, provided that alcohol is consumed responsibly and in moderation and does not cause any disturbance or inconvenience to other passengers.
Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour presents a risk or threat to other passengers, the driver or anyone else may be refused access to, or removed from, the coach. This decision may be made by the driver or the person responsible for the coach on the day and will be at their discretion.
Timekeeping
Departure times are given for a reason. Our coaches operate to a schedule and we often have strict arrival times and deadlines to meet.
Please ensure you are at your booked pick-up point in good time for the stated departure time.
If you are not at the pick-up point when the coach is due to leave and the coach has to depart without you, the responsibility for making your own way to the venue or making alternative arrangements to get home rests entirely with you.
The coach will not be able to wait for passengers who are late, as doing so could affect the rest of the group and our ability to meet the planned schedule.
Delays & Liability
While every effort is made to operate trips according to the published schedule, Theatre Trips With Fiona cannot be held responsible for delays or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This may include, but is not limited to, traffic congestion, road closures, roadworks, adverse weather conditions, accidents, mechanical problems, breakdowns, or unforeseen events.
In the event of a delay, we cannot accept responsibility for loss of earnings, additional expenses, missed appointments or any other indirect or consequential loss incurred as a result of the delay.
Changes to Published Times
Please be aware that the timings published when a trip is first advertised are subject to change.
As the date of the trip approaches, circumstances such as roadworks, planned events, traffic restrictions or changes to local road conditions may mean that departure or arrival times need to be adjusted.
Where necessary, I may change the planned timings or itinerary to help avoid delays and ensure that we meet important deadlines, such as theatre performance times.
Any significant changes will be communicated to passengers as soon as reasonably possible.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all passengers take out their own suitable travel insurance when booking a trip.
Insurance can provide protection in the event that you are unable to travel due to illness, an accident or other unforeseen circumstances, as bookings are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
Please check that your policy provides appropriate cover for the type of trip you are booking, including any relevant medical or personal circumstances.
Theatre Trips With Fiona does not provide travel insurance, and it is the passenger’s responsibility to arrange their own cover if they wish to be insured.
